Paris & Versailles palace - Full Day Tour

Departing from your hotel, your expert driver guide will drive you around to visit Versailles Palace and gardens and see the most famous sights of the French capital. Morning tour will be dedicated to the visit of Versailles. King Louis XIV transformed his father's hunting lodge into the monumental Château de Versailles. Built in 17th century, the castle remains France most famous palace. Your driver guide will take you into the Palace to visit the sumptuous Grand Appartements, the King's and Queen's bedchambers, and the remarkable Hall of Mirrors with its 17 great mirrors. After the visit of the Royal Chapel, you will enjoy a walk in the splendid gardens, designed by André le Nôtre. We suggest lunch on a Versailles typical French Bistrot. In the afternoon, Paris visit will depart from the Place de la Concorde, where you will admire the beautiful 3300 years old Egyptian obelisk. Then, you will be driven along the Champs Elysées, the most famous avenue in the world, to reach the Place de l'Etoile where, standing in its center, is the Arc de Triomphe. Then move on to the Trocadéro, the site of the Palais de Chaillot to enjoy a great view of the Eiffel tower. Your driver guide will then invite you to admire, and possibly to visit the Eiffel Tower first or second floor. After a last beautiful picture of the tower from the Ecole Militaire, you will reach  the Invalides monument to visit  Napoleon's Tomb. From there your driver guide will drive you through the famous Left Bank areas such as Saint Germain des Prés and the Latin Quarter, where you will see the Panthéon and the Luxembourg Palace and Gardens. (French house of Senators) Then, driving through the Ile de la Cité, a Seine river island, you will reach and visit the magnificent Notre Dame Cathedral. Then, driving through the Place de la Bastille (the French Revolution symbol), you will reach the beautiful Place des Vosges, located next to the very trendy Le Marais area. Your driver guide will then invite you to see Montmartre and walk on the Place du Tertre, famous for its portraitists. You will enjoy a fabulous view of Paris from the Sacré Coeur, famous white church.  Then, driving through the avenue des Tuileries, you will see the Louvres Museum and the Palais Royal. After a stop at the Opera House, your tour will end at the famous Place Vendome, where you will admire the famous column, erected by Napoleon. The Place Vendome is also know for hosting the world most famous jewelers.
