This web site, which incorporates associated transactions software, underlying technologies and servers ("web site") is Strictly for FIT SASU property, whose registered address is 8 Allée de l'Europe, 92 110 Clichy, France. This web site is operated under "MY STS" brand, a registered trade mark owned by Strictly for FIT SASU. For convenience purpose, Strictly for FIT SAS company is named "MY STS" on these General Terms and Cancellation Policy.

By using this web site you accept the following terms and conditions and, in addition, if you make a reservation, the standard terms and conditions of sale of MY STS, a copy of which is available on request.

2.1 PROTECTION BY MY STS

MY STS constantly strives to use all appropriate technical and organizational measures to process personal data in such a way that they are safe and, above all, cannot be accessed by unauthorized persons.

MY STS's use of personal information supplied by you when you use this web site is governed by our privacy policy. MY STS fully respects your rights to privacy and utilizes the following practices in regards to any information we are provided with or obtain about users of this web site. In order to provide service to you as a customer of MY STS we may require you to provide certain information to us. Common items may include, but aren't limited to, the booker and / or the passenger's name, address, phone number and credit card details. By providing this information to MY STS, you are agreeing to allow us to use these information to complete all services you request to us.

MY STS may pass some of your personal data to third parties only for the purpose of contract fulfillment. In such instance, the data transmitted will be restricted to the minimum necessary.

If we consider that you have breached any of these terms and conditions or have otherwise demonstrated inappropriate conduct when using the web site we reserve the right to take measures such as: terminating, suspending or restricting your access in order to prevent you from using this web site.

If your conduct on this web site causes us, or any associated company loss, damage or others cost, you shall be responsible for reimbursing these costs.

6.1 MY STS excludes all warranties, express or implied relating to this web site. This includes, but is not limited to, any implied warranty that the information it contains is accurate or up-to-date or is suitable for any particular purpose.

6.2 MY STS shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as the result of the use of this web site.

6.3 There may be links to other web sites from the MY STS web site; however, these other web sites are not controlled by MY STS and we are not responsible for any content contained on any such web site or any loss suffered by you in relation to your use of such web sites. 7. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Our quotations, rates and charges :

All our prices are in Euro currency and include the applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Current applicable VAT rate is :

All quotations are valid for 30 days. Gratuities are at the Customer's discretion and shall be given directly to the driver.

As directed charges are calculated according to mileage and time, from the moment the car leaves our garage, until it comes back.

Charges apply for Customer no shows and late cancellation at the tariff rate based on the service booked.

If for any reason you cannot locate your chauffeur and you seek an alternative method of transport without first contacting MY STS to try to resolve the situation, you will then be charged the tariff rate based on the service booked.

Surcharges may apply on some Bank Holidays.

On-site coordinators are available on request and are charged on an hourly basis with a 2 hours minimum charge.

In the event that the interior of the vehicle is soiled or damaged by the Customer, a valeting charge will apply.

MY STS reserves the right to review the charges to take account of movements in the Retail Price Index, currency fluctuations, fuel, legislative changes or any other charges outside of our control.

PAYMENT

Payment terms for corporate customers having subscribed an account with MY STS are 30 days from the date of invoice. MY STS reserves the right to charge legal interest on overdue invoices.

MY STS accept most credit cards as mean of payment, without surcharge. Cash payment is required for customers who don't have a registered account.

EXCLUSIONS

MY STS accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to property, howsoever such loss or damage may be caused. In the event of property being left in a vehicle, we will gladly organize the return of such items if you cover the postage and packaging costs.

MY STS shall be under no liability to the Customer whatsoever for any indirect loss and/or expense ( including loss of profit ) suffered by the Customer arising out of a breach by the Company of these terms and conditions.

In the event of any claim against MY STS arising out of its performance of hire, the Company’s liability shall be limited to a refund not exceeding the cost of the journey. Any other payments will be entirely at the discretion of the Company.

NON-SOLICITATION OF PERSONNEL

If you wish to directly hire or employ a MY STS chauffeur, we reserve the right to levy a 5000€ fee to cover the costs of recruiting and training another chauffeur.

APPLICABLE CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions are governed by and are subject to the laws of France and MY STS and the Customer submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Commerce de Nanterre.

All bookings made shall be deemed to be a confirmation by the Customer to acceptance of these terms and conditions and shall supersede any other terms and conditions from the Customer. Any amendments to these terms and conditions must be agreed in writing by both parties.

8 CANCELLATION POLICY

1- Private car Services

1.1 Airport and railway transfers:

Within the Paris area : For arrival or departure transfers, we do not apply any cancellation charge as long as cancellation is proceeded more than 2 hours prior to scheduled pick up time. Whenever a cancellation is proceeded less than 2 hours prior to pick up time, the full arrangement fee is payable to MY STS.

On others French Regions: For arrival or departure transfers, we do not apply any cancellation charge as long as cancellation is proceeded more than 24 hours prior to scheduled pick up time. Whenever a cancellation is proceeded less than 24 hours prior to pick up time, the full arrangement fee is due.

No show: A ride is considered a no-show if the User, or passenger, has not shown up within 30 minutes after the agreed pickup time at the agreed pickup location. Charge will apply at the tariff rate based on the service booked.

If for any reason the User, or passenger cannot locate the chauffeur and seek for an alternative method of transport without first contacting MY STS to try to resolve the situation, he will then be charged the tariff rate based on the service booked.

1.2 Excursions

Within the Paris area: No charge is due as long as cancellation is proceeded more than 12 hours prior to scheduled pick-up time. Whenever a cancellation is proceeded less than 12 hours prior to pick-up time, the full arrangement fee is due.

On other French Regions : No charge is due as long as cancellation is proceeded more than 24 hours prior to scheduled pick-up time. Whenever a cancellation is proceeded less than 24 hours prior to pick-up time, the full arrangement fee is due.

2 - Licensed Guides in Paris and all others French Regions

No charge is due, as long as cancellation is proceeded more than 72 hours prior to scheduled excursion departure time.

Whenever the cancellation is proceeded less than 72 hours, but more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled reservation pick-up time, a charge equivalent to 50% of the rate based on the service booked is due.

Whenever a cancellation is proceeded less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled reservation pick-up time, the full arrangement fee is due.

3 - Museum Pass, Museums Entrance Reservation and Prepaid Entrance Tickets

In case of cancellation, any advance payment made by MY STS for Museum Pass, Prepaid Entrance Tickets and Museum Entrance Reservation shall be fully reimbursed to MY STS.

4 - Airport Greeters in Paris and all other French Regions

No charge is due as long as cancellation is proceeded more than 24 hours prior to scheduled pick-up time. Whenever a cancellation is proceeded less than 24 hours prior to pick-up time, the full arrangement fee is due.

5 - Minibuses and Coaches

No charge is due, as long as cancellation is proceeded more than 72 hours prior to scheduled excursion departure time.

Whenever the cancellation is proceeded less than 72 hours, but more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled reservation pick-up time, a charge equivalent to 50% of the rate based on the service booked is due.

Whenever a cancellation is proceeded less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled reservation pick-up time, the full arrangement fee is due.
